SSM Revenue Refund Application
- All refund requests to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) must be made through the SSM Refund Application Form.
- The complete Refund Application form must be submitted to SSM via email at refund[at]ssm.com.my. The following supporting documents must also be attached at the time of application:
- A copy of SSM's official receipt relating to the requested transaction;
- Copy of relevant proof of payment
- Only complete refund requests will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the form.
- Payment for approved refund application will be made by direct transfer to bank account (electronic fund transfer).
- Any questions regarding the status of your refund request can be directed to refund[at]ssm.com.my. Please specify case reference number when dealing.

How to download & print business/company information?

Download & print business/ company information can be done through:-
1) MyBiZ-DATA Services module on the Homepage, according to the following steps;
- Click Services > Click MyBiZ-DATA > Click Purchase Information button - Click on the desired Receipt No - Click on the PDF icon to download the file.
2) MalaysiaBiz user dashboard, follow these steps:
- Click on the MyDashboard menu > Click MyBiZ-DATA Purchased Profile button - Click on the PDF icon to download the file.
For your information, the documents purchased only allowed to be downloaded within 14 days from the date of purchase.
